  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

  • Addressing employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, working complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Analyzing employment related data and preparing required reports.
  • Conducting reference or background checks on job applicants.
  • Conferring with management for developing or implementing personnel policies or procedures.
  • Contacting job applicants for informing them of the status of their applications.
  • Developing or implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Hiring employees and processing hiring related paperwork.
