Archetype 3 Analyzer

Analyzers will often perform the following tasks:

  • Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
  • Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

Mediator

Archetype 7 Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Other work activities related to New accounts clerks

  • Processing loan applications.
  • Answering customers’ questions and explaining available services, such as deposit accounts, bonds, and securities.
  • Compiling information about new accounts, entering account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents.
  • Referring customers to appropriate bank personnel to meet their financial needs.
  • Interviewing customers for obtaining information needed for opening accounts or renting safe deposit boxes.
  • Informing customers of procedures for applying for services, such as ATM cards, direct deposit of checks, and certificates of deposit.
  • Obtaining credit records from reporting agencies.
  • Collecting and recording customer deposits and fees and issuing receipts, using computers.
  • Investigating and correcting errors upon customers’ requests, according to customer and bank records.
  • Wire transferring funds.
  • Duplicate records for distribution to branch offices.
  • Issuing initial and replacement safe deposit keys to customers, and admitting customers to vaults.
