Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

- Wrapping, weighing, labelling, and pricing cuts of meat.
- Preparing and placing meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper’s eye.
- Preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fishes, for preparing meat in cooking forms.
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery, for ensuring meat quality.
