Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Other work activities related to Stock clerks, sales floor
- Answering customers’ questions about merchandise and advising customers on merchandise selection.
- Itemizing and totaling the customers merchandise at checkout counter, using cash registers, and accepting cash or charging card for purchases.
- Taking inventory or examining merchandise for identifying items to be reordered or replenished.
- Packing customer purchases in bags or cartons.
- Stocking shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Receiving, opening, unpacking and issuing sales floor merchandise.
- Cleaning display cases, shelves, and aisles.
- Comparing merchandise invoices to items actually received for ensuring that shipments are adequate.
- Requisitioning merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials.
- Transporting packages to customers’ vehicles.
- Stamping, attaching, changing prices or tags on merchandise, referring to pricing lists.
