Mediators should be capable of:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Artisan

Great artisans are usually capable of:

  • Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
  • Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
  • Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

  • Preparing or serving hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
  • Cleaning or sanitize working areas, utensils, or equipment.
  • Cleaning service or seating areas.
  • Checking temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment for ensuring proper functioning.
  • Describing menu items to customers or suggesting products that might appeal to them.
  • Ordering, receiving, or stocking the supplies or products.
  • Providing customers with product details, such as coffee blends or preparation descriptions.
