Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Artisan

Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Other work activities related to Waiters and waitresses
- Rolling silverware, setting up food stations, or setting up dining areas to preparing for the next shift or for large parties.
- Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to kitchen for cleaning.
- Assisting host or hostess by answering phones for taking reservations or to go orders, and by greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
- Performing cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom.
- Providing guests with information about local areas, includes giving directions.
- Checking patrons’ identifications for ensuring that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Collecting payments from customers.
- Writing patrons’ food orders on order slips, memorizing orders, or entering orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
- Taking orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Checking with customers for ensuring that they are enjoying their meals and taking action for correcting any problems.
