Innovator

Innovators will usually have four main goals:
- Developing or creating new applications, relationships, systems, or products.
- Providing creative ideas or artistic contributions.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Benchmarking, experimenting and testing novel approaches to solving problems.
Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Other work activities related to Preschool teachers, except special education
- Providing a variety of materials and resources for children for exploring, manipulating, and using, both in learning activities and in imaginative playing.
- Attending to children’s basic needs by feeding them, dressing them, and changing their diapers.
- Teaching basic skills, such as colors, shapes, numbers and letters recognition, personal hygiene, and social skills.
- Establishing and enforcing rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order.
- Reading books to entire classes or to small groups.
- Organizing and leading activities designed for promoting physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.
- Observing and evaluating children’s performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
- Identifying children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health related problems and discussing them with supervisors, parents or guardians, and child development specialists.
