Innovators will usually have four main goals:

Inspector

Inspectors should be great at:
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

- Scheduling appointments and discussing pricing with clients.
- Shaving, cleaning and preparing clients’ skin.
- Giving advising on tattoo design and placement.
- Showing clients different tattoo designs and listening to their tattoo ideas.
- Using a tattoo gun for creating permanent designs on the client’s skin.
- Instructing clients on how for taking caring of their new tattoo.
- Maintaining a cleaning and safe working environment according to regulations.
