Archetype 3 Analyzer

Analyzers will often perform the following tasks:

  • Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
  • Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

Mentor

Archetype 2 Mentor

Any mentor is expected to perform well at:

  • Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
  • Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
  • Convincing others to accept and idea or to otherwise change their minds or actions in accordance to the companies objectives.
  • Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.

Other work activities related to Sales agents, securities and commodities

  • Keeping accurate records of transactions.
  • Discussing financial options with clients and keep them informed about transactions.
  • Developing financial plans, based on analysis of clients’ financial status.
  • Reading corporate reports and calculating ratios for determining best prospects for profit on stocks purchases.
  • Completing sales order tickets and submitting for processing of client requested transactions.
  • Interviewing clients for determining clients’ assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, or financial objectives.
  • Reviewing all securities transactions for ensuring accuracy of information and conformance to governing agency regulations.
  • Offering advices on the purchasing or sale of particular securities.
  • Identifying potential clients, using advertising campaigns, mailing lists, or personal contacts.
  • Reviewing financial periodicals, stocks and bonds reports, business publications, or other material for identifying potential investments for clients or for keeping abreast of trends affecting market conditions.
