Technician

Technicians will often be asked these tasks:
- Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.
- Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic (not mechanical) principles.
Administrator

Any administrator should excel at:
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates, as well as communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
- Maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization, and getting them to work together to accomplish tasks by encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation.

- Preparing for and responding to regulatory inquiries.
- Verifying regulatory compliance of transaction reporting.
- Hiring or evaluating staff.
- Directing activities of accounting or operations departments.
- Developing, implementing, or monitoring security valuation policies.
- Attending investment briefings or consulting financial media to stay abreast of relevant investment markets.•Reviewing offering documents or marketing materials for ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Performing or evaluating researching, such as detailed company or industry analyses, for informing financial forecasting, decision making, or valuation.
- Presenting investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics.
- Monitoring regulatory or tax law changes for ensuring fund compliance or to capitalize on development opportunities.
- Meeting with investors for determining investment goals or for discussing investment strategies.
- Developing or directing development of offering documents or marketing materials.
