- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Innovator

Innovators will usually have four main goals:
- Developing or creating new applications, relationships, systems, or products.
- Providing creative ideas or artistic contributions.
- Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
- Benchmarking, experimenting and testing novel approaches to solving problems.

- Explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities, and the using of exercising equipment.
- Offering alternatives during classes to accommodate different levels of fitness.

- Observing participants and informing them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
- Teaching proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.
- Instructing participants in maintaining exertion levels for maximizing benefits from exercising routines.
- Teaching and demonstrating the usage of gymnastic and training equipment, such as trampolines and weights.
- Maintaining fitness equipment.

- Monitoring participants’ progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Evaluating individuals’ abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and developing suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.
