  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

Other work activities related to Environmental engineers

  • Preparing, reviewing, or updating environmental investigation or recommendation reports.
  • Obtaining, updating, or maintaining plans, permits, or standard operating procedures.
  • Providing technical assistance for environmental remediation or litigation projects, including remediation system design or determination of regulatory applicability.
  • Monitoring progress of environmental improvement programs.
