Inspector

Inspectors should be great at:
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Controller

Controllers are expected to be good at:
- Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate manufacturing systems.
- Working with hand operated industrial machines and power tools.
- Adjusting knobs, levers, and physical or touch sensitive buttons in industrial devices.
- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles, aircraft, or watercraft.

- Following safety rules as students board and exit buses or cross streets near bus stops.
- Complying with traffic regulations for operating vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
- Checking the conditions of a vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment for ensuring that everything is in working order.
- Picking up and drop off students at regularly scheduled neighborhood locations, following strict time schedules.
- Reporting any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Driving gasoline, diesel, or electrically powered multi passenger vehicles for transporting students between neighborhoods, schools, and school activities.
- Preparing and submitting reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, or fares received.
- Maintaining knowledge of first aid procedures.
- Keeping bus interiors cleaning for passengers.
- Reading maps and following written and verbal geographic directions.
