Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Inspector

Inspectors should be great at:
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Other work activities related to Cooks, fast food
- Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in working areas.
- Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
- Operating large volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep fat fryers, or griddles.
- Verifying that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
- Taking food and drink orders and receiving payment from customers.
- Reading food order slips or receiving verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and preparing and cooking food according to instructions.
- Washing, cutting, and preparing foods designated for cooking.
- Measuring ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
- Cooking and packaging batches of food, such as hamburgers or fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
- Cooking the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously.
- Serving orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables.
- Cleaning, stocking, and restocking workstations and display cases.
