  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

Mediator

Archetype 7 Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Other work activities related to Clergy

  • Preparing and delivering sermons or other talks.
  • Organizing and leading regular religious services.
  • Instructing people who are seeking conversion to a particular faith.
  • Counseling individuals or groups concerning their spiritual, emotional, or personal needs.
  • Visiting, comforting and supporting people in homes, hospitals, or prisons.
  • Training leaders of church, community, or youth groups.
  • Studying and interpreting religious laws, doctrines, or traditions.
  • Responding to requests for assistance during emergencies or crises.
  • Devising ways in which congregational membership can be expanded.
  • Collaborating with committees or individuals for addressing financial or administrative issues pertaining to congregations.
