• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.

• Directing or coordinating production, processing, distribution, or marketing activities of industrial organizations.
• Developing budgets or approving expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, or equipment are used efficiently for meeting the production targets.
• Reviewing processing schedules or production orders for making decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, working procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
• Reviewing operations and conferring with technical or administrative staff for resolving production or processing problems.
• Hiring, training, evaluating, or discharge staff or resolving personnel grievances.
