Inspector

Inspectors should be great at:
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Analyzer

Analyzers will often perform the following tasks:
- Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
- Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
Other work activities related to Lawyers
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
- Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
- Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses.
- Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries.
- Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- Gathering evidence for formulating defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses for ascertaining the facts of a case.
- Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
- Examining legal data for determining advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
- Selecting jurors, arguing motions, meeting with judges, and questioning witnesses during the course of a trial.
