Analyzer

Analyzers will often perform the following tasks:
- Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
- Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
- Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
Inspector

Inspectors should be great at:
- Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Other work activities related to Court clerks
- Performing administrative tasks, such as answering telephone calls, filing court documents, or maintaining office supplies or equipment.
- Preparing staff schedules.
- Preparing dockets or calendars of cases to be called, using typewriters or computers.
- Recording case dispositions, court orders, or arrangements made for payment of court fees.
- Answering inquiries from the general public regarding judicial procedures, court appearances, trial dates, adjournments, outstanding warrants, summonses, subpoenas, witness fees, or payment of fines.
- Preparing and issuing orders of the court, such as probation orders, release documentation, sentencing information, or summonses.
- Preparing documents recording the outcomes of court proceedings.
- Instructing parties about timing of court appearances.
- Explaining procedures or forms to parties in cases or to the general public.
- Searching files and contacting witnesses, attorneys, or litigants for obtaining information for the court.
