Archetype 3 Analyzer

Analyzers will often perform the following tasks:

  • Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
  • Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.

Mediator

Archetype 7 Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Other work activities related to Billing, cost, and rate clerks

  • Verifying accuracy of billing data and revising any errors.
  • Operating typing, adding, calculating, or billing machines.
  • Preparing itemized statements, bills, or invoices and recording amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Reviewing documents such as purchasing orders, sales tickets, payment slips, or hospital records to computing fees or due charges.
  • Performing bookkeeping working, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
  • Keeping records of invoices and the supporting documents.
  • Resolving discrepancies in accounting records.
  • Typing billing documents, shipping labels, credit memorandums, or credit forms, using typewriters or computers.
  • Contacting customers for obtaining or relaying account information.
  • Computing credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, or rates for goods or services for completing billing documents.
  • Answering mail or telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing, or procedures.
