Controller

Controllers are expected to be good at:
- Using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate manufacturing systems.
- Working with hand operated industrial machines and power tools.
- Adjusting knobs, levers, and physical or touch sensitive buttons in industrial devices.
- Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles, aircraft, or watercraft.
Artisan

Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

- Collecting cash payments from customers and making changes or charging purchases to customers’ credit cards and providing customers with receipts.
- Activating fuel pumps and filling fuel tanks of vehicles with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels.
- Preparing daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales.
- Cleaning parking areas, offices, restrooms, or equipment and removing trash.
- Providing customers with information about local roads or highways.
- Performing minor repairs, such as adjusting brakes, replacing spark plugs, or changing engine oil or filters.
- Ordering stocks and pricing and shelving incoming goods.
- Rotating, testing, and repairing or replacing tires.
- Maintaining customer records and following up periodically with telephone, mail, or personal reminders of services due.
- Grease and lubricating vehicles or specified units, such as springs, universal joints, or steering knuckles, using grease guns or spraying lubricants.
- Selling and installing accessories, such as batteries, windshield wiper blades, fan belts, bulbs, or headlamps.
