- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Administrator

Any administrator should excel at:
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates, as well as communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
- Maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization, and getting them to work together to accomplish tasks by encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation.
Other work activities related to Plasterers and stucco masons
- Covering surfaces such as windows, doors, or sidewalks for protecting from splashing.
- Cleaning job sites.
- Setting up scaffolds.
- Determining materials needed for completing the job and placing orders accordingly.
- Applying coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spraying guns.
- Mixing mortar and plaster to the desired consistency or directing the workers performing the mixing.
- Creating decorative textures in finishing coats, using brushes or trowels, sand, pebbles, or stones.
- Applying insulation to building exteriors by installing prefabricated insulation systems over existing walls or by covering the outer wall with insulation board, reinforcing mesh, and a base coat.
- Curing freshly plastered surfaces.
- Cleaning and preparing surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials, such as by drywall taping.
- Roughing the undercoat surfaces with a scratcher so the finishing coating gets adhered.
