Mediators should be capable of:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
- Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Artisan

Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

- Providing information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
- Recording details of attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, or repairing activities.
- Monitoring activities for ensuring adherence to rules and safety procedures, or arranging for the removal of unruly patrons.
- Selling tickets and collecting fees from customers.
- Keeping informed of shutdown and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Cleaning sporting equipment, vehicles, rides, booths, facilities, or grounds.
- Announcing or describing amusement parks’ attractions to patrons for enticing customers into games and other entertainment.
- Fastening safety devices for patrons, or providing them with directions for fastening devices.
- Inspecting equipment for detecting wear and damage and performing minor repairs, adjustments or maintenance tasks such as oiling parts.
- Operating, driving, or explaining the using of mechanical riding devices or other automatic equipment in amusement parks, carnivals, or recreation areas.
