Great artisans are usually capable of:

  • Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
  • Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
  • Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Mediator

Archetype 7 Mediator

Mediators should be capable of:

  • Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
  • Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Other work activities related to Food servers, nonrestaurant

  • Monitoring food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the adequate recipients and the guidelines, such as those for special diets, are followed.
  • Cleaning or sterilizing dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, or facilities.
  • Placing food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
  • Loading trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
  • Taking food orders and relaying orders to kitchens or serving counters so they can be filled.
  • Stocking service stations with items, such as ice, napkins, or straws.
  • Removing trays and stacking dishes for returning them to the kitchen after meals are finished.
  • Preparing food items, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, or beverages.
  • Monitoring food preparation or serving techniques for ensuring that proper procedures are followed.
  • Carrying food, silverware, or linen on trays or using carts for carrying trays.
  • Determining where patients or patrons would prefer eating their meals and helping them in getting situated.
