Great artisans are usually capable of:
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
- Performing precise and skillful manipulation of small objects.
- Being active and proactive in regards to physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Mentor

Any mentor is expected to perform well at:
- Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Convincing others to accept and idea or to otherwise change their minds or actions in accordance to the companies objectives.
- Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
Other work activities related to Coaches and scouts
- Planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions.
- Planning strategies and choosing team members for individual games or sports seasons.
- Planning and directing physical conditioning programs that will enable athletes for achieving maximum performance.
- Adjusting coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of athletes.
- Filing scouting reports that detail player assessments, providing recommendations on athlete recruitment, and identifying locations and individuals to be targeted for future recruitment efforts.
- Instructing individuals or groups in sports rules, game strategies, and performance principles, such as specific ways of moving the body, hands, or feet, for achieving desired results.
- Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of opposing teams for developing game strategies.
- Evaluating athletes’ skills and reviewing performance records for determining their fitness and potential in a particular area of athletics.
- Keeping abreast of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to their sport.
